Air Fryer Chocolate Cake

This is a chocolate cake I make in my air fryer.

What You’ll Need :

INGREDIENTS :

DRY INGREDIENTS :

120g flour

125 gm cocoa powder

unsweetened 2.5 gm baking powder

2.5 gm baking soda

mix to combine.

WET INGREDIENTS

: 4 medium

eggs

125 ml oil

1 tsp vanilla essence

250 gm Castor sugar

mix to combine

Other:

125 gm yogurt

90 gm hot water

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:

100g chopped dark chocolate

120 gm fresh cream

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS :

Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Add remaining dry ingredients

Then add 90 ml boiling water.

Mix & add yogurt & beat till combined.

Pierce the foil with a fork to allow steam to escape the air

. Place the cake pan in the basket of air fryer.

bake for 40-50 minutes at 160 C’ or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:

In a pan add chocolate & cream and melt until chocolate is melted

Remove the cake from the air fryer turn out and allow it to cool completely.

Spread the chocolate ganache over the cake

. slice & enjoy as a dessert.
